"Smoked Old Pine Xiaozhong" és un te vermell rar i característic (te negre), fumat naturalment sobre troncs de pi vell. Es distingeix de les alternatives més econòmiques, que sovint estan impregnades d'essències químiques per obtenir un sabor fumat i no tenen l'autenticitat del terrer original. Aquest exquisit te, també conegut com "Lapsang Souchong", es produeix de manera autèntica a la Reserva Natural de Tongmuguan a Wuyishan, Fujian, Xina. En aquest tercer lot, tenim un producte de pagès diferent en comparació amb el "Lot 02" de la col·lecció de te Moychay.
