Origin: Grown in high mountain misty tea gardens at 800–1200m elevation on Mount Emei, Sichuan, China.
Type: Green Tea (hand-fried green tea)
Appearance: Tightly curled, snail-shaped, vibrant green color, covered with silvery white down.
Aroma & Taste: Rich and refreshing floral-fruity fragrance that persists from brewing to sipping. The taste is fresh, mellow and sweet with little to no astringency. It delivers a crisp mouthfeel, instant saliva secretion, and a long-lasting sweet aftertaste.
Brewing Suggestions: Use 80–85°C water in a glass or porcelain gaiwan. Ratio: 4g tea per 200ml water. No rinse. Steep for 1–2 minutes. Can be infused 3–4 times.
