We are closed from August 3rd to 17th. Online orders will be shipped starting August 18th.
Within 14 days after you receive your package, you are able to return it if you are not satisfied. The products have to be unopened.
If the above requirements are met, Moychay pays your complete purchase amount back from the returned products within 5 days after receiving the returned product.
If a part of the products is returned, only that part will be compensated.
