The origin of Matcha arrives in Barcelona.
Long before whisked tea became a modern phenomenon, the aristocracy of the Song Dynasty competed to create the densest and most perfect tea foam. This ritual was called Dian Cha (点茶).
On Friday, June 5th, we invite you to a unique workshop at the club guided by our guest specialist: @di.teateacher.
Together, we will travel back more than a thousand years to discover the true ancestor of matcha and practice Cha Bai Xi, the art of drawing on tea foam using only water and precision.
A dynamic, historical, and fully hands-on workshop where you will experience imperial tea preparation in your own bowls.
