We will explore the wild, mineral, and evolutionary character of Sheng Puer (raw), contrasted with the warmth, earthy notes, and comforting profile of Shu Puer (ripened). You will learn about ancient tea forests, the fermentation process, and how to identify the attributes of these living, collectible gems.
