Rosa ✧ blava cinemateca and Moychay Barcelona continue the “Phases of the Moon” series with “Kaili Blues,” the debut feature by Bi Gan, one of the most distinctive voices in contemporary Chinese cinema.
A journey through Guizhou province transforms into a labyrinth of intertwining memories, dreams, and times. At the heart of the film, an extraordinary 40-minute sequence shot in a single take turns space into a hypnotic experience.
