    Yingde Black Tea (Golden Tips)

Yingde Black Tea, known for its bright golden tips and smooth texture, is a signature product from Yingde City, Guangdong Province, a region renowned as the home of high-quality black tea. The tea is characterized by its “strong, fresh, and brisk” flavor, with an elegant appearance and a golden, glossy hue. Yingde Black Tea has a long-standing history and is recognized as a prominent representative of Guangdong’s tea industry, both domestically and internationally.

This tea is grown at an altitude of 400 meters and harvested on October 11, 2024. The leaves are hand-picked following the standard of one bud with one leaf, primarily from superior cultivars such as Yinghong No. 9. The tea is processed using traditional methods, including withering, rolling, fermentation, and drying, which enhance its aroma and flavor while preserving its natural essence.

When brewed, Yingde Black Tea produces a bright red-golden infusion with a full-bodied, refreshing flavor.

    Cultivation and Harvest
Grown at an altitude between 500 and 800 meters, it is hand-picked during the spring harvest, following the standard of one bud with one or two leaves. The production process includes withering, pan-firing, shaping, and drying, preserving the tea's vibrant green hue and elegant form.
    Preparation and Flavor
This tea brews into a clear, bright infusion with a sweet, refreshing taste and a lingering floral aroma. Revered for its "fresh and smooth" character, Liping Sparrow Tongue offers a gentle and satisfying experience, making it a favorite among green tea enthusiasts.
    Benefits
Rich in polyphenols, catechins, and amino acids, Liping Sparrow Tongue tea supports health by promoting digestion, boosting metabolism, and providing antioxidants. For the best flavor, brew with water at 80°C to allow the leaves to unfurl and release their delicate essence.
