When dry these leaves are big, beautiful maroon-brown nubs of twisted tea flushes with small cuttings.

The infusion is transparent, with a light brown tone.

General information

The famous "Dung Ding" from Lugu (Nantou County) is made of the first-class raw for multi-stage vacuum fermentation technology.

Brewing method

Brew it with boiling (95 ° C ) water in a gaiwan or in a porous clay teapot for Taiwanese oolong. The proportion is: 5 g to 100 ml. Drink it after a quick infusion, while slowly increasing the exposure time. The leaves can last for approximately 10 brews.

Cultivation and Harvest

Grown at an altitude between 500 and 800 meters, it is hand-picked during the spring harvest, following the standard of one bud with one or two leaves. The production process includes withering, pan-firing, shaping, and drying, preserving the tea's vibrant green hue and elegant form.
