Warm Earth Ripe Tea is a fermented Pu-erh (shu cha) produced using traditional pile-fermentation methods in Menghai. The large-leaf material, gathered from mature tea trees, undergoes controlled fermentation (wo dui) with monitored humidity and temperature to ensure an even transformation. After fermentation, the leaves are dried.
