Shipping Rate

Our standard service in correos/DHL, and UPS / DPD in Europe and the rest of the world.


Peninsula: Orders above € 50 will be shipped for free, under € 50 will be charged a flat rate of €4.95. Local pickup service is available. 

The rest of Spain: Orders above €150 within 2kg will be shipped for free. Orders outside of this condition please contact us.


European Union:

Orders above € 85 will be shipped for free, under €85 will be charged a flat rate of €13.50*

*Orders to Greece, Cyprus and Scandinavia (SE,NO, DK, FI) will be charged a flat rate of €25 and free of charge for the orders above 150.

*Orders to Cyprus will be charged a flat rate of €40 and free of charge for the orders above 190.

*Orders to Germany and Belgium will be charged a flat rate of €8.50 and free of charge for the orders above €85.


The rest of the world:

Orders above €195 will be shipped for free, under €195 will be charged a flat rate of €39.**

**For the long-distance and bulky orders ​to USA, Canada, Israel, Middle East and Australia we will charge €50 for the orders under 290, and free shipping for the orders above 290.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

We will process your order as soon as possible, usually within 1-3 working days.

Usually, parcels within the EU will arrive at your door in 2-3 working days after being processed.

For the rest of the world, the parcel will arrive at your door in 3-7 working days after being processed. 


Orders are shipped to the shipping address as provided at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly provided addresses or orders that are lost due to delivery to an unsecured location. Please contact us at when you have any further questions.

Can I get my package faster?

If you have a shipping preference such as express mails, please contact us in advance and we will arrange the ideal shipping methods based on your choice.

Do I need to pay the tax or duty on my own?

Yes. If any tax or duty is applied in your country, we will be not obligated for it and you have to cover it yourself.


Lost Orders

If you suspect your package has been lost by the carrier (and the status is not "delivered"), we ask that you initiate a claim no earlier than 7 days following the most recent tracking update, and after 20 days for international shipments.


Stolen Orders

Should your package be marked as "delivered" but hasn't been received, it is deemed stolen. In such cases, please submit a claim between 5 days after the supposed delivery date and within a 30-day window.



Within 14 days after you receive your package, you are able to return it if you are not satisfied. The products have to be unopened.
If the above requirements are met, Moychay Barcelona pays your complete purchase amount back from the returned products within 5 days after receiving the returned product.
If a part of the products is returned, only that part will be compensated.


On our site, you can pay safely with IDeal, Paypal and various Creditcards (Visa and MasterCard). We will pay the transaction costs from PayPal and creditcard payments for you.

Directly after your payment is confirmed, we will safely pack your teas and/or tea-ware and ship it to you as soon as possible!
